BOD/Strategic Advisor for many media businesses and over a dozen early stage successful investments to date.

Prior to joining OspreyMedia, John brought to market Zumobi’s unique mobile Microzine solution, selling it to partners ranging from Perry Ellis to Bank of America to Comcast. Over the past 20 years, John has held digital-leadership positions at Conde Nast (Conde Nast Digital, The New Yorker, CN Media Group), where he sold the company’s first-ever global-content program to Samsung. John served as the Global Director of Digital Advertising & Strategy at National Geographic, and held multiple advertising-sales and marketing positions at Time Inc. John is a seven-term board director of the philanthropic Financial Communications Society (FCS), where he chairs the programming committee and orchestrates the FCS’s CMO speaking series.
Most recently Ed directed dataxu’s pivot into the streaming television market that resulted in the successful acquisition of the company by Roku in 2019. Ed’s primary function over the last several years at dataxu included developing the TotalTV business unit that provided a solution for audience-based planning, targeting buying and measurement across linear, addressable and connected TV platforms. He is an experienced international business leader and recognized operator of technology focused enterprises with a deep understanding of how Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning can transform business. Nearly 20 years in the technology ecosystem including considerable experience combining technology, marketing, professional services, alliances, partners, and people to deliver optimal solutions to business challenges. Ed co-founded Digilant, a global technology and services firm, successfully raised capital and recruited founding management team.

Tom Wolfe has spent his career driving and executing strategy, structure, P&L, and execution plans across billion-dollar video platforms, with an emphasis on OTT advertising and content distribution deals. He currently serves as Vice President, Advertising Business Development at Roku, Inc., where he has run audience development and international ad sales, and contributed to the partnership and development strategy. Currently, he manages video advertising supply strategy, execution, budget, and administration. Previously, he sat on the executive team for YuMe, Inc., as Senior Vice President, Business Development, managing all technology and publisher partnerships and account management. Leading up to YuMe, Wolfe held senior positions at Rovi (now TiVo), Comcast Spotlight, Court TV (now TruTV, part of the AT&T/Turner family), and others.
Jagadish Kamath has over 12 years of experience in building Video technology-based products. He is leading software developmental efforts at OspreyMedia. He specializes in building products that are responsible for Broadcast and OTT based workflows. In his previous stints, he has built video processing engines, Streaming servers, Playout servers, etc from the ground up and understands video technologies very well. At present, he is focussed towards building cloud-native applications for Adtech sector with special emphasize on Programmatic Ad delivery
